Product AI Product Manager at ELVTR

Build and ship AI-native internal tools and student-facing products, discovering business problems and designing solutions using Claude and workflow automation platforms.

What this role involves

About ELVTR

ELVTR is an online education company building premium live online courses taught by top executives and industry experts. We are dedicated to transforming the online education industry by providing innovative course offerings.

We operate across Sales, Marketing, Production, Instructor Sourcing, Student Support, Finance, Creative, and Engineering. We are building a new product function that starts with AI-native internal tools and grows into products our students use directly.

Why This Role Exists

AI development tools have changed who gets to build software. Writing code is no longer the bottleneck. The bottleneck is understanding the real business problem, inventing the right product, writing an airtight specification, and making sure people actually use what gets shipped.

You will work AI-native from day one — Claude, Claude Code, and similar tools are your core workflow, not an add-on. And you will ship to real users fast: internal teams within weeks and, as your scope grows, ELVTR students. Shipping is not the finish line either: a tool that internal teams ignore is a failed product, so driving adoption is one of your top priorities.

What You Will Build

You will start with internal tools and workflow products across the company. Examples may include:

  • AI-powered instructor sourcing tools
  • Payment, invoice, and Stripe/HubSpot workflows
  • Sales automation tools and internal dashboards
  • Production planning and course launch tools
  • AI agents for repetitive operational tasks
  • Tools for Creative, Marketing, Finance, Student Support, and Tech Support
  • Workflow automation across HubSpot, Stripe, Workable, Google Workspace, Airtable, Asana, n8n, Zapier, Supabase, Vercel, or similar systems

Your scope will grow into student-facing products. Most of this surface is greenfield: the student platform experience, AI learning tools, enrollment and payment flows, and career and outcome tools. Internal tools are how you earn that scope; student products are where it leads.

What You Will Do

1. Discover real business problems

You will interview stakeholders, observe workflows, ask sharp questions, and identify the real operational bottleneck behind a request.

2. Design product solutions

You will turn business pain into practical product concepts: user flows, workflow logic, feature sets, data requirements, edge cases, and launch plans. For student-facing work you will also own UX and UI, using AI design tools, with support from our Creative team on key decisions.

3. Write deep specifications using AI

You will use AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code to produce detailed, development-ready PRDs and technical specifications — airtight enough that an engineer can build from them without guessing, and a stakeholder can validate them without translating.

4. Prototype products yourself

You do not need to be a traditional full-stack developer, but you must be comfortable building or assembling prototypes and working tools with AI-assisted development. Relevant tools include Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Supabase, Vercel, and the Google Workspace stack.

5. Work with engineers for complex builds

For more complex projects, you will work with the CTO and software engineers who handle serious backend work, APIs, data architecture, security, payments, and production-grade implementation. You will still own the product layer: the problem, the spec, the scope, the roadmap, the acceptance criteria, and user validation.

6. Drive adoption — a top priority of this role

You will not stop when the code works. For internal tools, driving adoption by internal teams is one of the top priorities of this role. You will train users, remove friction, retire the old way of doing things, measure usage, collect feedback, write release notes, and iterate until your tool is the default way the work gets done.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, you should be able to:

  • understand several core ELVTR workflows across Sales, Production, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations
  • identify high-value internal product opportunities
  • write strong specs for at least two priority tools
  • build or co-build at least one working internal prototype
  • drive real adoption of at least one shipped tool — measured by usage, not by launch
  • map the student journey end to end and build a rough prototype of one student-facing product concept
  • create a repeatable AI-native product development process

We are looking for a strong Middle candidate with practical product and workflow experience.

You should have:

  • 3+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Operations, RevOps, automation, or a similar role
  • experience with n8n, Zapier, Supabase, or Vercel
  • experience with Claude, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex
  • ability to prototype tools using AI-assisted development
  • experience interviewing business stakeholders and translating business needs into clear requirements
  • experience writing PRDs, specs, user stories, workflow documentation, or acceptance criteria
  • strong structured thinking and communication skills
  • practical understanding of software development workflows
  • basic technical fluency: APIs, databases, integrations, permissions, user roles, logs, errors, and deployment basics
  • enough design judgment to ship clean, trustworthy user-facing flows with AI design tools
  • respect for data privacy, security, and brand risk when building things real users touch
  • a portfolio of real work you can show us, with your personal contribution clearly identifiable
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Strong Advantages

You will stand out if you have:

  • startup or founder experience, even if the project failed
  • built internal tools, automations, dashboards, or workflow products before — and got teams to actually use them
  • shipped B2C or consumer-facing product work, especially in edtech or online learning

You Are a Strong Fit If

  • you enjoy turning chaos into structure
  • you ask “what problem are we really solving?” before jumping into features
  • you can sit with a Sales, Finance, Operations, or Production leader and understand their workflow
  • you can invent product features users did not know how to ask for
  • you can write detailed, practical, development-ready specs
  • you use AI as a thinking partner, not just as a text generator
  • you can prototype ugly-but-useful tools quickly — and clean, trustworthy flows when real users will see them
  • you care how products feel to the end user, not just whether they work
  • you treat real customer data and money with appropriate paranoia
  • you know when to build yourself and when to involve an engineer
  • you treat adoption as part of the build, not someone else’s problem

Hiring Process

  • Recruiter interview with a live portfolio walkthrough — show us something you built
  • Practical test assignment: a spec, an AI-directed design, and a working 1–3 page prototype (Claude preferred, Codex acceptable)
  • Technical interview with our CTO
  • Final interview with the CEO

How to Apply

Please attach:

  • your portfolio of real work we can see and click: live tools, deployed prototypes, repos, dashboards, automations — links preferred; alternatively — screenshots or short videos where live access is impossible

  • for anything built by a team: a precise note on which parts were yours — discovery, spec, design, build, launch

  • a short note explaining which AI tools you use regularly and what you have built or improved with them

  • Competitive Salary and Bonuses: We value your contributions and offer competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy gym membership reimbursements, mental health benefits, generous vacation allowances, and complimentary access to all our courses.

  • Flexible Work Environment: Work remotely with a schedule that accommodates your personal and professional needs.

  • Growth Opportunities: Join a company committed to your professional development, offering abundant opportunities for career advancement.

Product Head of Technology and Architecture at NiCE

Chief Architect defines multi-year technical vision across product suite, balances platform leverage with product autonomy, and advises executives on major technology decisions.

Exec Posted about 5 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what’s theroleall about?

The Chief Architect owns the technical vision that holds this portfolio together. The mandate is to ensure that a wide-ranging set of products remains coherent, secure, scalable, and economical to build and operate regardless of where and how it is deployed. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of deep technical authority and enterprise strategy: you will set architectural direction, resolve the hardest cross-cutting trade-offs, and raise the engineering bar across the organization.

This is the most senior individual-contributor-plus-leadership technical role in the company. You will be a trusted advisor to the executive team and the final technical authority on architecture decisions that span products.

How will you make an impact?

Architectural Vision & Strategy

  • Define and own the multi-year target architecture across the entire product suite, balancing product autonomy with shared platform leverage.

  • Establish an architecture strategy so that products can be delivered on-premise, in private cloud, in public cloud, or as pure cloud SaaS.

  • Drive the platform and shared-services strategy (identity, data, integration, observability, deployment tooling) that reduces fragmentation across products.

  • Help architects translate business and product strategy into technical roadmaps; advise the executive team on build-vs-buy, modernization, and major technology bets.

  • Design abstractions and packaging models that let a single product run reliably across heterogeneous environments with differing scale, network, data residency, and operational constraints.

  • Establish reference architectures and patterns for tenancy, configuration management, release/upgrade cadence, and feature parity across on-premise and cloud-hosted deployments.

Security, Compliance & Resilience

  • Embed security, privacy, and regulatory compliance into the architecture by design — addressing the standards relevant to financial services (e.g., data protection, auditability, segregation, encryption, and regional data residency).

  • Define non-functional requirements and architectural guardrails for availability, disaster recovery, transactional integrity, performance, and observability appropriate to mission-critical financial systems.

  • Partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance leadership to ensure the architecture withstands audit and regulatory scrutiny across jurisdictions.

Governance & Standards

  • Establish and run an architecture governance function: standards, decision records, review processes, and a technology radar — proportionate enough to enable speed rather than obstruct it.

  • Evaluate and select core technologies, platforms, and strategic vendors; own the long-term technology stack direction.

Leadership & Influence

  • Lead and mentor a community of architects and senior engineers; grow architectural capability across teams.

  • Build consensus across product, engineering, security, operations, and commercial stakeholders, and make decisive calls when consensus isn’t reachable.

  • Represent the company’s technical vision with key customers, partners, and prospects, and in due-diligence and pre-sales conversations for strategic deals.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 12+ years in software engineering with a sustained track record in senior architecture roles; significant experience as a principal or chief-level architect.

  • Demonstrated ownership of architecture for enterprise-grade products delivered across multiple deployment models — on-premise _and_ cloud/SaaS — not solely cloud-native or solely on-premise.

  • Deep, current expertise in distributed systems, multi-tenancy, data architecture, API/integration design, and at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), alongside containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).

  • Strong command of security and resilience engineering for systems handling sensitive, high-stakes data.

  • Experience operating in regulated environments, ideally financial services, with a working understanding of relevant compliance and audit obligations.

  • Proven ability to lead technically without direct authority — influencing senior engineers, product leaders, and executives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to move fluidly between board-level strategy and code-level detail.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • Direct fintech, banking, payments, capital markets, or financial-crime/compliance domain experience.

  • Experience evolving a legacy on-premise product portfolio toward cloud and SaaS without abandoning existing enterprise customers.

  • Familiarity with multi-region data residency, sovereignty, and localization requirements.

  • Experience with FinOps / cloud cost governance at scale.

  • Background contributing to or representing the company in security certifications and frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) relevant to fintech.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

What’s in it for you?

Join an ever-growing, market-disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment! Product Senior Product Manager I, Data Platform and Platform API at HubSpot

Owns the data platform strategy and API standards at HubSpot, defining core data constructs and how developers access the platform's data layer.

Senior Posted about 5 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

POS-26278

Senior Product Manager I (Data Platform and Platform API)

HubSpot CRM is the foundation of how hundreds of thousands of businesses manage their customers, pipelines, and growth. Underneath every contact, deal, ticket, and custom object is a shared data model,  and a set of primitives that defines how data is structured, related, and accessed across the entire platform. The Data Platform organization owns those primitives, and will evolve how they enable customers, partners, and developers to use and extend HubSpot. HubSpot’s data model is an industry differentiator and primary reason why our customers choose HubSpot.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own two of the highest-leverage surface areas in this organization: (1) the core data constructs that define HubSpot’s schema — objects and the metadata infrastructure that governs them and (2) the API mission for the Data Foundations org, setting the standard for how our data layer is accessed, extended, and built upon by developers and partners.

This is a highly technical role that will require high agency ownership throughout the organization and with our customers, partners, and developers. The decisions you make here ripple across every product team at HubSpot and every developer building on our platform. You’ll need to bring both a strong architectural intuition for data modeling and the strategic PM experience to evolve a foundational system without breaking what already works — for customers, for developers, and for the AI-powered products being built on top of it. This is a career-defining challenge for the right product mind.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for HubSpot’s data primitives — objects, properties, property groups, associations, and the metadata systems that make them discoverable and extensible
  • Own the API mission for Data Platform: define standards for how our data layer is surfaced to developers, set the direction for API quality and consistency, and coordinate with Ecosystem and Partnerships teams on where API capability unlocks platform value
  • Drive alignment on schema evolution across HubSpot — working with PMs, engineers, and architects across Marketing, Sales, Service, and AI Agents to ensure the data model grows in a way that’s backward-compatible and forward-looking
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch, including shipping improvements to how customers define and manage their own data model in HubSpot
  • Understand our customers and their data complexity by engaging with them directly — from SMBs managing simple contact records to enterprise teams running sophisticated multi-object data architectures
  • Use data and developer research to identify friction in our API surface, devise strategy to address it, and partner with engineering to ship improvements that measurably improve developer experience
  • Represent the data primitives and API roadmap to senior leadership, Ecosystem partners, and key enterprise customers

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience launching products successfully to customers, ideally in platform, data infrastructure, or developer tooling contexts
  • Deep fluency in data modeling concepts — entity-relationship modeling, schema design, metadata systems, and data normalization; experience owning or contributing to a metadata platform, data catalog, or CRM data model is a strong plus
  • Strong API intuition — you’ve shaped REST or GraphQL APIs and can reason about versioning, backward compatibility, latency tradeoffs, and developer ergonomics
  • A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business, and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
  • The ability to read and write technical specs; comfort reviewing architecture diagrams, ERDs, and API contracts
  • The ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiences — engineers, executives, and external developers
  • A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
  • A drive to understand customer needs deeply and to truly solve for their problems, including enterprise customers with sophisticated data requirements
  • A desire to understand how HubSpot products work — and how they depend on the data model underneath
  • The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate — often without perfect information
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • An understanding of the competitive software space, including how other CRM and data platforms approach schema extensibility and developer ecosystem
  • Experience using or building supporting infrastructure for AI products and agentic experiences

As a member of the Product Management org at HubSpot you’ll:

  • Join a product-led culture that truly puts the customer first
  • Create and advance an ambitious product strategy that’s driven by customer needs, business goals, powerful data, and global market indicators
  • Partner closely with colleagues in UX and Engineering to create a high-value product that’s both powerful and easy to use
  • Use your voice, share your perspective, and have a real impact based on your point of view
  • Know what will lead to getting promoted, and why, thanks to clear expectations and robust career paths
  • Be empowered to show up as your authentic self and choose a work style and location where you can do your best work, whether that’s at home, in an office, or a blend of the two.
  • Read more about our shared product principles here.

Product Head of Technology and Architecture at NiCE

Chief Architect defines and owns multi-year technical vision across product portfolio, balancing autonomy with platform leverage while advising executives on architecture strategy and major technology decisions.

Product OptiMantra: Sr. Product Manager

Senior Product Manager owns a major product area end-to-end for OptiMantra healthcare EHR platform, shipping AI-first features and driving clinical workflow improvements.

Senior Posted about 12 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Atlanta, Georgia, United States
URL: http://optimantra.com

The Company

Cerbo · OptiMantra is a healthcare technology company built for the practices actively changing how medicine is delivered. Our platforms serve functional, integrative, direct primary care, concierge, med spa, and behavioral health practitioners who need software that keeps pace with how they work -- not the other way around.

Each platform is a purpose-built EHR and practice management solution. Cerbo is architected for clinical depth: deep configuration, protocol-specific workflows, and the kind of flexibility that holistic and functional medicine practices require. OptiMantra is structured for scale: multi-modality breadth, out-of-the-box readiness, and the operational infrastructure that growing practices rely on.

Together, our two platforms form a leading presence in this rapidly expanding market. Our practitioners are redefining what a patient experience can look like. We exist to give them the technology foundation to do exactly that -- at whatever size and pace they choose to grow.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, supporting OptiMantra, you will own a major product area end to end—talking to users every week and shipping things that change how clinics actually run. Healthcare software is stuck in 2005: providers drown in clicks while patients wait. You will help fix that, fast, with AI at the center. Small team, big problems, real autonomy. Learn more about OptiMantra here.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own a product area end to end: roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration. No one hands you a spec.
  • Ship AI-first features. AI Scribe is live today. Clinical decision support and intelligent workflows are next.
  • Own the UX vision for your area. OptiMantra wins on clarity and guided experience. You set that bar.
  • Talk to users constantly through discovery calls, usability sessions, and clinic visits—firsthand signal, not secondhand summaries.
  • Prioritize strategically. More opportunities than bandwidth. You decide what to build, what to defer, and what to kill.
  • Coordinate cross-platform when features span OptiMantra and Cerbo (shared model, separate UX).
  • Mentor Jr. PMs and collaborate with PMs across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product management, at least 2 at the senior level
  • EHR/EMR or healthcare software experience strongly encouraged—you should understand clinical workflows, not just software workflows
  • Strong UX and UI sensibility: you evaluate designs critically, advocate for the end user, and know what good looks like
  • Outcome-driven: you measure success by impact (retention, activation, clinical efficiency), not features shipped
  • Strategic thinker who can connect product decisions to business outcomes and say no to good ideas
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed—small team, real autonomy, limited process
  • Technically fluent: you hold your own with engineering on architecture, APIs, and tradeoffs
  • Clear, sharp writer: remote team, async-first—writing is how decisions get made here

Bonus Points

  • Experience with multimodality clinical environments (integrative, IV, MedSpa, behavioral health)
  • Hands-on experience building AI/ML product features
  • Familiarity with practice management workflows: scheduling, billing, insurance, intake, memberships

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Paid Time Off and company holidays
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits
  • Short-term and long-term disability Insurance
  • 401k plan with matching company contribution
  • Real ownership and impact in a fast-growing health tech company

Location: Atlanta, GA

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

This is a highly technical role focused on the intersection of Revenue Operations (RevOps), HubSpot systems architecture, and native integrations.   While you will collaborate with an Account Manager (who owns the client relationship and retention), you are the technical lead responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing the HubSpot ecosystem to power the full customer lifecycle. • Revenue Engine Optimization: Build lead scoring, advanced attribution, and automated hand-offs between Marketing, Sales, and Services.
  • Data Governance: Implement and enforce data hygiene standards, deduplication logic, and governance frameworks to ensure the CRM remains a "single source of truth."
  • HubSpot Implementation & Configuration
  • Business Process Mapping: Conduct technical discovery to map "Current State" vs. "Future State" processes, identifying technical bottlenecks in the revenue funnel.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build complex RevOps dashboards that demonstrate clear ROI to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience building complex solutions within the HubSpot platform.
  • RevOps Expertise: Proven ability to design systems around revenue-driving processes (lead-to-cash, forecasting, and attribution).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to navigate complex business challenges and translate them into automated technical solutions.

Product Head of Product Operations and AI Transformation at SecurityScorecard

Leads product operations end-to-end, managing data metrics, storytelling, and processes across engineering, design, and GTM teams while scaling AI workflows.

Lead Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About SecurityScorecard:

SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, with over 12 million companies continuously rated, operating in 64 countries. Founded in 2013 by security and risk experts Dr. Alex Yampolskiy and Sam Kassoumeh and funded by world-class investors, SecurityScorecard’s patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting; making all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint.

Headquartered in New York City, our culture has been recognized by Inc Magazine as a “Best Workplace,” by Crain’s NY as a “Best Places to Work in NYC,” and as one of the 10 hottest SaaS startups in New York for two years in a row. Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023 award recognizing “forward-thinking employers for their unwavering commitment to employee engagement.” SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moody’s, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.

About the Team:

SecurityScorecard runs an unusually fast product org — ~120 in Engineering, a roadmap that re-prioritizes weekly, and a culture where the question isn’t “can we build it in two months” but “how do we do it in five days?” Product Operations is the operating system that lets that speed scale without flying blind.

We’re hiring a leader to own Product Ops end-to-end and run it as a three-pillar function: Data, Stories, and Process. This person inherits a mature, AI-native operation and is expected to push it further.

You’ll be the connective tissue between PMs, Engineering, Design, GTM, Finance, and the board reporting line. You break bottlenecks, you instrument everything, and you’re already prototyping the next AI workflow before anyone asks forit.

About the Role:

Data & Product Metrics (obsessively)

  • The metrics source of truth: Threshold Score (customer health → board + Gainsight), engineering delivery metrics (Span/DORA, throughput, AI-code ratio via Sigma), product engagement & NPS methodology (Pendo Listen), and Product P&L inputs with Finance.
  • The Customer Insights data layer on Snowflake — AI-extracted pain points, feature requests, and verbatim quotes piped from call transcripts — and the persona-matching model against our maturity frame work.
  • You should itch when a roadmap call happens without the data behind it.

Programs, Reporting & Delivery (PMO)

  • The full delivery cadence: roadmap intake, Jira (PRODF) administration, R/Y/G milestone tracking, the Change Control Board (CCB), release-train sign-off, OKRs, and planning for ~120 people.
  • The weekly executive reporting stack (Joint Tech & Product update, Q2 Roadmap Exec Report, Engineering Weekly) and the quarterly board-paper KPI inputs and you’ll formalize these so they don’t live in one person’shead.

AI for Product Ops (the urgent mandate)

  • Inherit and extend a working library of Claude skills that already run this operation — weekly reporting, CCB recaps, customer-meeting research,
  • Pendo-feedback-to-roadmap matching, hiring protocols, release-notes ROI framing wired across systems such as Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Snowflake, Slack, GDrive.
  • Become the org’s go-to for AI/agentic product-ops tooling (today an informal role across Product, CS, and Marketing) and turn ad-hoc magic into durable, documented capability. This is where we want urgency and excitement, not caution.

Cross-functional forums & GTM

  • Run the forums that keep the org aligned: Product Court (GTM Product roadmap triage), Bar Raisers (work-quality review), and the monthly product-org meeting.
  • Partner on pricing & packaging (Titan Secure/Assess), the annual Pricebook, vendor management (Pendo, Sigma, Span, FullStory, Heap), and strategic customer/roadmap c alls.

Who you are

  • A brick-wall breaker. You see a blocker and go through it smart, allergic to “that’s how we’ve always done it.” We reward bias to action.
  • Impatient (yet personable/friendly) , in the best way. You compress timelines and force decisions (Pendo/Heap consolidation, release sign-offs, planning logistics) without burning the team out. You thrive in constant re-planning and design work to be incremental and portable.
  • Metrics-obsessed. You think in cohorts, leading indicators, and ROI. You can build the dashboard and tell the story it implies — to a PM and to the board.
  • Genuinely AI-forward. You’ve shipped AI/LLM workflows into how work gets done, not just talked about it. You’ll walk in excited to scale our Claude-native operation.
  • A CPTO/PM force-multiplier. You give senior PMs leverage, not overhead, and you operate as a true partner to the CPTO and the co-founders.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or product/program leadership — including building or scaling a Product Ops function in a fast B2B SaaS org (cybersecurity a plus).
  • Run delivery cadence across a multi-PM / multi-squad org; deep Jira fluency.
  • Hands-on use of AI/automation to change how product work gets done.
  • Fluent across the modern product stack: Pendo, Sigma/Snowflake-backed BI, Span (or DORA tooling), Jira, Confluence.
  • NYC-based and comfortable in a high-velocity, high-accountability culture — you set the pace, you don’t wait for it.
  • You need to be fluent in Claude and other AI tools. If you are not, please do not apply.

How you’ll fit at SecurityScorecard

We value urgency, ownership, and people who’d rather break the wall than file a ticket about it — the same instinct behind “do it in five days” and forums like Product Court. There’s a real, healthy tension here between speed and operating maturity; your job is to add the maturity without killing the speed. If reading this made you impatient to start fixing things that’s a great signal.

Benefits:

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus). Product Data Platform Lead at Jump

Leads data platform strategy and execution, builds scalable multi-tenant infrastructure, and partners with AI/engineering teams to transform raw data into actionable insights for sports clients.

Lead Remote Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Jump is transforming the live sports experience with the only end-to-end fan engagement platform built specifically for sports teams and venues. By focusing on aligned incentives between teams and fans, our platform unifies ticketing, merchandise, and game day operations - creating a smoother, more fan-friendly experience.

Founded in 2021 by e-commerce innovator Marc Lore, MLB legend Alex Rodriguez, and entrepreneur Jordy Leiser, we’ve raised $60 million from top investors including Alexis Ohanian’s Seven Seven Six and Forerunner Ventures. Our platform powers teams across the NBA, WNBA, and NWSL helping them boost ticket sales and deliver innovative fan experiences.

We’re a remote-first team driven by core values - begin and build with trust, play like the underdog, win as a team, and do your thing. If you’re collaborative, adaptable, and eager to shape the future of live sports, Jump is the place for you.

The Role

Jump’s data platform is at an inflection point. What started as an internal capability now powers the analytics and insights our clients rely on every day. We’re turning it into a full product: scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure, an expanding library of integrations pulling from a growing set of first- and third-party data sources, and an AI intelligence layer that transforms raw data into actionable decisions.

As Data Platform Lead, you’ll own the vision and execution of that platform. You’ll lead and grow our data engineering team, partner closely with our AI engineer to shape how agents and LLMs consume and act on our data, and work across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to build something that scales — not a series of one-off implementations. The platform you build here will become core infrastructure for how our clients run their business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the data platform strategy end-to-end — from ingestion architecture and scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure to transformation pipelines, a modern BI layer, and how the platform grows as we add clients and data sources.

  • Drive the AI-on-data layer. Partner with our AI engineer to define how agents and LLMs access, query, and act on platform data — semantic models, retrieval patterns, and in-warehouse AI primitives.

  • Build and productize our integrations motion — ingesting data from a growing set of first- and third-party sources. Turn what today requires custom work into a repeatable, operable pattern.

  • Lead and develop our data engineering team. You’ll manage directly, set technical direction, and raise the bar on quality — starting with a tight-knit team with room to grow.

  • Define the engineering standards for the data org — CI/CD, testing, infra-as-code, data lineage, governance, and observability — so the platform scales without fragility.

  • Be a strong hands-on presence on the warehouse and transformation layer — fluent enough in Snowflake to contribute meaningfully alongside the team, not just oversee it.

  • Partner with go-to-market teams to define what great looks like for client onboarding and data delivery, and drive engineering execution against that bar.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role — you have a proven track record of managing and developing engineers

  • Strong people management instincts: clear communicator, good at developing talent, comfortable giving direct feedback, and able to build a high-performance culture even with a small team.

  • Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse and transformation stack — Snowflake + dbt strongly preferred; Redshift, Databricks, or BigQuery with a fast ramp is acceptable.

  • Proven experience building AI on top of structured data — semantic layers, agent/LLM access patterns to warehouses, or retrieval-augmented generation.

  • Deep expertise in data ingestion at scale — you’ve built or owned the systems that pull from many disparate sources into a warehouse. You know when to use an off-the-shelf connector, when to build, and how to make either one operable at scale.

  • Experience building and shipping a productized, multi-tenant data offering — client isolation, onboarding flows, SLAs, and ongoing support. You think in products, not projects.

  • Solid engineering fundamentals: version control, code review, CI/CD, infra-as-code — and a bias toward standards that teams can repeat, not heroics that only you can maintain.

Nice to Haves

  • Direct Snowflake + dbt experience, and familiarity with advanced in-warehouse AI capabilities and agent-accessible data patterns.

  • ML or MLOps experience — feature stores, training pipelines, model evaluation — and a track record of building tools that extract measurable value from data.

  • AWS fluency — we run on AWS, and comfort with IAM, S3, Lambda, and Glue is a plus.

  • Experience with modern BI tooling and self-serve analytics delivery.

  • Background in sports, live events, or time-series data; experience with EU data residency, GDPR, or multi-region warehouse patterns.

Attributes that will make you successful on our team

  • A strong desire to learn. You continually look for ways to build your skills.

  • Tenacity. You enjoy working on challenges that others can’t or don’t want to tackle and you aren’t afraid of failing fast in order to find better solutions.

  • Passion. You love using your technical skills to build products that solve real problems. You hold yourself to a high standard and help to elevate others as well.

  • Empathy. You thrive in an environment where everyone can truly be themselves. You understand that our differing life experiences influence who we are and how we show up, and these diverse perspectives enrich both our team and our product.

  • Customer-centric mindset. You can understand the problem to be solved and who we are solving it for.

  • Innovation: Passion for exploring and implementing AI technologies to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and drive innovation

Benefits

  • Remote first

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Flex PTO policy

  • 401(k)

  • Generous medical, dental and vision plans

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers

  • $1,000 reimbursement for work-from-home tech setup

  • Company-paid sustainability subscription to ensure carbon neutrality is maintained for employee activities, such as travel

Compensation

Compensation is something we don’t want our candidates or employees to worry about. Our goal is to offer competitive salaries that are regularly benchmarked against the market. The core tenets of our compensation philosophy are fairness and transparency.

We have established a standardized leveling framework based on job scope and responsibilities. The compensation package for each level is standard across all engineering roles. This means that every person at a certain level is paid the same as everyone else, regardless of their background, previous compensation, location, or any other factor.

The compensation for this role is $210,000 and includes a generous equity package.

Application

Some candidates may see the requirements and feel unsure that they match all the criteria. We encourage you to apply! There’s a good chance you have important skills that we have not stated. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, nonbinary folx, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, veterans, and people with disabilities. We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their authentic self and thrive, and we value the diversity brought by different life experiences.

Senior Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Ideal start timeline: July 2026

Role status: Exempt

Compensation: Our target hiring range is $168,000-$195,000 plus participation in our Annual Bonus Program with eligibility for $12,000 bonus. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.

Campminder’s Flexible Working Location: Our employees have the option to work 100% remotely within the United States or their choice of days at home and at our office in Boulder, Colorado. We host a variety of all-company hybrid meetings and social events. We require anybody working remotely to have a very reliable, high-speed internet connection.

We know the best people can choose to work anywhere.

Here’s a few reasons why 150+ of them choose Campminder:

  • With 20+ years experience of serving the industry through its digital transformation, we’re stable, profitable, and have developed a loyal customer base (that continues to grow).
  • We build software for summer camps, an industry that enables meaningful experiences for kids.
  • We work on interesting, ambitious projects that create real value for our clients.
  • We know our team members feel their work has an impact on the organization’s purpose.
  • At the same time, we are genuinely committed to work/life balance. Our team members feel they have the flexibility to take time off when needed and feel supported in making use of flexible working arrangements.
  • We invest in emerging technology and cutting-edge leadership and are proud to take an “AI-Native” approach in our solutions.
  • We’ve been listed on Outside Magazine’s 50 Best Places to Work for 8 consecutive years for our values-led culture and employee experience.

This role’s mission & overview:

Behind every successful summer is a camp leadership team working tirelessly to make the experience fun, smooth, and safe. They are our champions. They’re on a mission to serve kids, which requires not being stuck in the camp office manually muscling through planning and logistics tasks. This role is about leveraging technology to take the busywork off their plates so their time and attention go to building phenomenal experiences for campers and their families.

The Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows is responsible for the tools that make up the operational backbone of camp. These are the capabilities camp directors and year-round staff rely on to plan, execute, and stay compliant through the season: sessions, camper groups, facilities and resources, activity scheduling, transportation and travel logistics, health and safety, plus the reporting and analytics that tie the whole picture together.

Admin workflows are what make camp possible. They carry real regulatory and safety weight, they involve sensitive health information, and they have to hold up under the operational pressure of a camp running at full capacity. This role exists to make sure they’re built well, evolve intentionally, and genuinely earn the trust of camp leaders, staff, and families. This role reports to the Director of Product Management and works day-to-day with a dedicated engineering team focused on this domain.

As a Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows on our Product team, you will:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Campminder’s operations workflows - sessions, camper groups, facilities and resources, activity scheduling, transportation and travel logistics, health and safety, as well as operations reporting and analytics - driving initiatives from discovery through delivery
  • Build for the people who run camp - camp directors and year-round leadership who plan the season as well as the seasonal staff who execute day-to-day operations on the ground
  • Lead ongoing discovery with camp directors, logistics, and health-center staff to understand how camp actually runs today - where the friction, manual workarounds, and risks live - then translate those insights into clear, well-scoped product decisions
  • Relentlessly look for the busywork to eliminate and use automation, smart defaults, and AI to protect camp leaders’ time, so they can focus on making camp magical rather than muscling through minutia in the camp office
  • Treat safety, compliance, and sensitive data as first-class product requirements - building for privacy, health and medication, auditability, and the regulatory obligations camps are held to, where getting it wrong has real consequences
  • Define success metrics for the products you own and hold yourself accountable to them - tracking adoption, operational efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction - and using what you learn to sharpen the roadmap
  • Partner with engineering and design to build operational tools that are dependable under real-world pressure - quick and easy to use during a busy session, resilient when the stakes are high, and trustworthy with the data they hold
  • Empower GTM teams - Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing - to confidently position, sell, and support the products you own
  • Use AI prototyping tools (Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code, or similar) to rapidly build working prototypes with customers, compressing the feedback loop between idea and validated product direction

We think a successful candidate will bring:

  • Meaningful experience shipping operational, workflow, or CRM B2B software - you’ve owned a roadmap where the product is the system of record people depend on day in and day out
  • Strong instincts for products where safety, compliance, and sensitive data matter - you’ve built in contexts (e.g. health, K-12 or youth services, logistics) where accuracy and auditability have real consequences
  • A track record of staying genuinely close to users - you’ve done enough discovery to catch yourself when you’re building for the obvious request instead of the underlying operational need
  • Comfort designing for complex, interconnected workflows - you can hold a system in your head where sessions, groups, schedules, facilities, staff, and kids all depend on one another, and keep the experience coherent and simple to navigate as it grows
  • Tenacious excitement for eliminating busywork and lightening the load - you instinctively look for the manual, repetitive, low-judgment work a user is stuck doing and ask how automation, smart defaults, or AI could do it for them, so their time goes to the decisions that actually need a human
  • Enough technical grounding that engineers trust your input - you don’t need to write the code, but you understand data modeling, integrations, and reporting well enough to ask the right questions and push back when something doesn’t add up
  • Clear, direct communication across very different audiences - you can explain a product decision to a camp director who just needs the buses to leave on time, and explain that director’s operational reality to an engineering team building the infrastructure underneath it
  • A natural comfort with AI prototyping tools - you reach for Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code, or similar to compress the loop between idea and validated direction
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with seasonal intensity - camp operations don’t pause, and the people running them need tools that hold up when the season is at its busiest

Our Interview Process:

  1. 45 min — Interview with People & Culture
  2. 60 min — Interview with Hiring Manager
  3. 90 min — Product exercise presentation & panel interview

A few of the benefits we are proud to offer:

  • Robust medical, dental, and vision coverage options with generous employer contributions, plus a $500 employer HSA contribution for HSA-compatible plans
  • Ability to choose where you work — remotely, in the office, or a mix!
  • A variety of resources to support mental health and emotional well-being
  • 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for all new parents, including via adoption, surrogacy, and foster care
  • 401(k) with 4% company matching
  • Trust-Based (flexible) PTO (and yes, we use it!)
  • $900/year wellness allowance
  • Company-paid subscriptions, training, and support for using AI professionally and personally. We have a team dedicated to enabling our AI capabilities for our team members and our customers!

We encourage people of all backgrounds to apply:

We’re actively taking steps to make sure our culture is inclusive and that our processes and practices promote equity for all, including people of color, people from working-class backgrounds, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We welcome and encourage applications from people with these identities or members of other historically marginalized groups.

Research shows that women and people of color tend not to apply to jobs unless they believe they are 100% qualified and apply to fewer senior-level positions. With that in mind, we encourage you to apply if you’re not sure whether you meet our qualifications. We’d love to have the opportunity to consider you!

We encourage applications from parents, parents-to-be, and those responsible for the caretaking of others. We offer paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents (including for adoption, surrogacy, and foster care placement) and paid loss leave to recover from miscarriage or stillbirth. The company’s HSA and wellness allowance contributions may be used toward childcare, eldercare, adoption fees, and fertility treatments like IVF, among other expenses.
